What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage support queues efficiently by addressing support cases and escalations with speed, empathy, and precision.
- Spot trends and generate insights to improve processes, policy implementation, user experience, and overall operations.
- Conduct data quality reviews and audits regularly.
- Become a subject matter expert across various partner policy workflows (e.g., policy creation, enforcement, optimization, and reporting).
- Support global partner operations with scalable, efficient solutions and insights.
- Communicate policy changes effectively to partners and identify operational gaps.
- Collaborate with vendors, partner managers, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to drive impactful improvements.
- Contribute to program success by providing partner feedback and data-backed insights.
Key Technical Skills:
CRM tools, SaaS industry experience, Partner/Channel Management, Sales Operations, Data Analysis, Report Extraction, Process Optimization, Operational Reporting, Cross-functional Collaboration
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in account management or partner/channel management.
- Preferably from a SaaS, Cloud, or enterprise tech background.
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones and functions.
- Flexibility to work night shifts or rotational shifts as required.
- Strong customer service mindset with a high level of self-motivation.
- Skilled in operational reporting and trend analysis.
- A natural problem solver with a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Energetic, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
